5. Security Interview

5. Security Interview

Meeting the Security (IDC) Team may sound daunting, but they are a lovely team with a very important role to play.

They will walk through your completed Referencing & Vetting Form with you in person, ask any relevant questions or update the form with any new information or updates that may come to light.

The purpose of the interview is to validate the information provided on the form to ensure that you have the ability to gain an Airside Pass.

Once the Security Interview is complete, all information will be passed to the BSC Referencing & Vetting Team who will be responsible for completing all referencing against the agreed regulatory and security standards.

Your Security Interview will be at Heathrow. We’ve put social distancing measures in place. We would ask that you please wear a face covering at all times, unless exempt.

Please note that from the 1st of November all vehicles entering Heathrow terminal drop-off zones will charged. Please consider this when arranging travel to your appointments. More information on where you can be dropped off for free and parking can be found on  Terminal Drop Off Charge | Heathrow

Documents

We will also need you to bring along a number of documents to provide proof of your Right to Work in the UK (Document A) and also additional documents for Verification of Identity in order to obtain an Airside Pass (Document B).

It is very important that we see original documents, and if you are unable to provide all relevant documents then you will unfortunately not be seen on the day.

If your visa is currently in an out of date passport, if you have documents that are currently with the Home Office, or if you are waiting for your Biometric card to arrive, please let us know immediately.

We would unfortunately need to reschedule this stage until a time where you can bring along these documents.

Please click the buttons below to download the documents for your reference. We will also email these to you.
